All dogs 5 months or older living in the Town of Lebanon MUST be licensed by March 31, 2013.  A late fee of $5 will be collected if the owner does not obtain a license by that date.  If a new dog is acquired after that date, you must obtain a license within 30 days. 

Rates are $5.00 for neutered males or spayed females and $10.00 for any dogs that have not been neutered or spayed.  State Law requires all dog owners to provide a current rabies certificate of vaccination. Contact Treasurer Jon Schoenike at 920-925-3735 to obtain the required licenses.

The return of a lost or stray dog is easier when the dog has a collar with a license attached allowing officials to contact the owner versus taking it to the Dodge County Humane Society.
