Voting takes place at the Lebanon Town Hall at N1738 County Road R. The Lebanon Town Hall and Offices are located in the south end of the fire Station.  Polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.  Call the Clerk with any questions at the office 920-925-3522 or at home 920-925-3846.

Absentee ballot requests should be sent to the Clerk at PO Box 24, Lebanon WI  53047.
