The Town of Lebanon – Dodge County is accepting sealed bids for the Wiley Road Special Project.
This is a LRIP project.
Scope of project: Wiley Road Special Project is from County Road O to Morningside Road. Approximate Footage is 20’ x 5,280’
Work to be done: Pulverize, shape and compact. 1st Lift: Pave to compacted thickness of 2 ¼” AC Binder Type-1 Grad 19.0 mm AC 58-28. Must flare out at mailboxes and field entrances. 2nd Lift: Mill butt joints at County Road O and at Morningside Road. Tack and pave to compacted thickness of 1 ¾” of AC Surface Mix C-Type E1 Grad 12.5 mm AC 58-28.
This bid includes all materials, equipment, labor and other necessary incidentals. The successful contractor must furnish the Town of Lebanon with proof of liability and workers compensation insurance within 15 days of the bid acceptance. All work must be completed by August 1, 2021. All work is to be guaranteed for at least one year.

Bids will be accepted at the Lebanon Town Office, N1738 County Road R, PO Box 24, Lebanon, WI 53047 until 7:30 pm on Thursday April 8, 2021. Then on the same evening, at 7:45 pm, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the Town Board meeting. Bids may be awarded during the Board meeting or postponed to the next Town Board meeting to give the Board adequate time to review the bids.
The Town of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informality in the bidding process, and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
