Pursuant to s.70.45, Wis. Stats., the Town of Lebanon assessment roll for the year 2019 assessment will be open for examination at the Town Hall starting on the 17th day of April, 2019 by making an appointment with the Clerk. Phone her at 920-925-3522.
Additionally, the assessor will be available on the 1st day of May 2019, at the Lebanon Town Hall, N1738 County Road R, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Instructional material will be provided at the Open Book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. Statutes. “Open Book” conferences are on a first come, first serve basis, but appointments can be made to reserve a specific time by calling the office of Grota Appraisals between the hours of 8:30 am and Noon, Monday through Thursday at 262-253-1142.
