INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Lebanon – Dodge County is accepting sealed bids for the Thrush Road Special Project, County Road R to Bluebird Road.

This is a TRI project.

Length of project:  approximate footage is 20’ x 4,950’

Work to be done:  Pulverize, shape and compact.  Pave to compacted thickness of 2” AC Binder (PG58-28AC).  Flare out at mailboxes and field entrances.  This bid includes all materials, equipment, labor and other necessary incidentals.  The successful contractor must furnish the Town of Lebanon with proof of liability and work comp insurance within 15 days of the bid acceptance.  All work must be completed by August 1, 2015.  All work is to be guaranteed for at least one year.

Bids will be accepted at the Lebanon Town Office, N1738 County Road R, PO Box 24, Lebanon, WI  53047  until 7:30 pm on Thursday April 9, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened, read aloud, and awarded during the Board meeting. 

The Town of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
