TOWN OF LEBANON

REQUEST for BIDS

The Town of Lebanon, Dodge County, will accept sealed bids for the following roadwork projects:  1. Tack, Wedge and Pave Evergreen Road Highview Road to Ixonia Town Line.  2. Slurry Seal various roads.  3.  Asphalt Seal Coat with black boiler slag various roads.      4. Asphalt Seal Coat with pea gravel various roads.  5. Crack Seal various roads.  5.  Blacktop wedging and overlay various roads.

Bids will be accepted at the Lebanon Town Office, N1738 County Road R, PO Box 24, Lebanon, WI  53047  until 7:30 pm on Thursday April 9, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids may be awarded at this time or postponed to the next town board meeting. 

The Town of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informality in the bidding process, and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
