Notice of December 10th Public Hearing regarding the possible closure of Upham Road at the Railroad crossing.
The Union Pacific Railroad Co. has petitioned the Office of the Commissioner of Railroads (OCR), State of Wisconsin, for the closure of the public crossing of the tracks at Upham Road in the Town of Lebanon, Dodge County.  Docket no. 9040-RX-1318.  The OCR will hold a Public Hearing at the Lebanon Town Hall, N1738 County Road R, Lebanon on December 10, 2014 at 1:00 pm and continuing at 6:30 pm.  The issues for the hearing are:

     2. If the crossing is ordered to be closed, what end of road treatments are necessary?
     3. If the crossing is ordered to be closed, how shall the costs of the crossing closure be apportioned?
     4. If the crossing remains open, what warning devices would be necessary to adequately protect and promote public safety?
