NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR THE TOWN OF LEBANON, DODGE COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at 8:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, N1738 County Road R, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2015 BUDGET for the Town of Lebanon, Dodge County, will be held pursuant to Section 65.90 of the Wisconsin Statutes.  The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection by calling the Clerk for an appointment at 920-925-3846.  The following is a summary of the proposed 2015 Budget.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE

ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF LEBANON, DODGE COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2015 budget which begins at 8:00 P.M., at the Town Hall, N1738 County Road R, a SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS, called by the Lebanon Town Board pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statues will be held for the following purposes:

   1.  To review and act upon the report of the Salary Review committee regarding salaries of elected officials.  

   2..  To approve the Total 2015 Highway Expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03(2)(a) of the Wis. Statutes.

   3.  To adopt the 2014 Town Tax Levy to be collected in 2015 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statutes.

Immediately following the Budget Hearing and the Special Town Meeting, the Town Board

will meet for a Board Meeting to adopt the 2015 Budget.  The agenda will be posted.
