The Lebanon Town Board reminds Town of Lebanon residents that all dog owners need to obtain a license for any dog 5 months or older.  Rates are $5.00 for neutered males or spayed females and $10.00 for any dogs that have not been neutered or spayed.  State Law requireds all dog owners to provide a current rabies certificate of vaccination. 

Contact Treasurer Jon Schoenike at 920-925-3735 to obtain the required licenses. The return of a lost or stray dog is easier when the dog has a collar with a license attached allowing officials to contact the owner versus taking it to the Dodge County Humane Society.
